Refund Policy

Products sold by Bontà Botanicals will be shipped, after payment confirmation, within approximately 20 business days. This is due to the fact that they are sent directly from our headquarters in the USA, and therefore go through the import process. As they are controlled products, they still undergo an inspection process by ANVISA (National Health Surveillance Agency).


Bontà Botanicals reserves the right to only accept the cancellation of the order if it has not yet been shipped. Otherwise, we will not accept order cancellation.


It is necessary to check the integrity of the product upon receipt. We only accept returns of the delivered product in the following cases:
1. Product delivered incorrectly (product different from the one ordered);
2. Product with damaged packaging.

In these cases, please contact us immediately after receiving the product so that we can arrange a new delivery.

To do so, the customer must follow the following steps:
1. Contact us within 10 business days of receiving the product so that we can issue a return protocol;
2. The product must be in its original packaging and sealed;
3. The customer must have proof of purchase of the product on hand.


Bontà Botanicals will not be responsible for paying for the shipping of returned products.


In case of refund, the shipping amount paid by the customer will not be included. The refund will be made after confirmation of shipment of the product (through a tracking number issued by the Post Office/DHL/FEDEX).

Refund methods:
1. Deposit into a current account – If the purchase was made by debit from an account or via bank slip, the refund will be made within ten working days after the request.
2. Credit card chargeback – If the purchase was made using a credit card, our team will contact the card administrator to request a chargeback or refund, which must be made within 10 business days of the request.
